Werner Golling has been named vice president for Finance and Administration at Wichita State University, effective Jan. 8, 2017. Golling will assume the position held by Mary Herrin, who is retiring after 43 years of WSU service. She has been vice president and chief financial officer since January 2008. Golling has served as vice president for Administration and Finance at Emporia State University since 2014 with many of the same areas of responsibility as those he'll have at WSU, including oversight of all financial, facilities, public safety and human resources matters.
