Reminders, deadlines and events

* The women's basketball team will host Arkansas State at 12:05 p.m. today (Friday, Dec. 2) in Charles Koch Arena. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID.

* WSU students can pick up free men's basketball game tickets today (Friday, Dec. 2) for the next home game at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, against Saint Louis University in Charles Koch Arena. Current WSU students can claim a free ticket to each home game by presenting their valid Shocker Card (multiple student ID's will no longer be accepted).

* All graduate students are invited to a party from 3-4:30 p.m. today (Friday, Dec. 2) at the Ulrich Museum of Art.

* The WSU Ceramics Guild 2016 Holiday Sale is from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today (Friday, Dec. 2) in McKnight Art Center, first floor atrium.

* Tickets for the 54th Annual Candlelight Concert, "All Loves Excelling" in Wiedemann Hall, are sold out for the Sunday matinee on Dec. 4. Tickets are still available for 7:30 p.m. performances today (Friday, Dec. 2) and Saturday, Dec. 3. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID. * Brittany Marie Thompson "Bmarie," one of the undergraduate advisors for Wichita State and Emporia State's Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. chapters, invites you to an informational at 2 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 3) in 106 Devlin Hall.

* Students who attended a Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Seminar are invited to the first HOBY alumni event from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, in Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes. It is a come-and-go event and free to all students.

* Club Nova is a new WSU student organization where we meet to talk about stars, space exploration and the cosmos at work. If you've ever glanced up at the sky and wondered what's out there, if you'd like to stargaze and learn how to pick out constellations or if you're just looking for a new student group to join and have fun with, come to our informational meeting between 4-5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, in 256 RSC.
