Campus Recreation has exciting news: F45 is opening soon at the Heskett Center

The new F45 studio will open Monday, Jan. 9, in the Heskett Center. F45 is precision, technology-focused team training systems designed with the world's leading fitness experts. The F45 innovation in fitness delivers individual results within the motivational environment of fun, expert-led interactive group sessions.
