For faculty and staff with access to the Financial Reports/Foundation Budget Reports folder in Reporting Services, a new option has been added. It's called Foundation Budget Detail Report Option 2. The difference between it and the original detail report is that Option 2 has a new drop down box titled Fund Type. The two Fund Type choices are Financial Aid and Other. Financial Aid includes scholarships, fellowships and scholarships/fellowships. Other is for everything else. If you do not wish to have your reports divided into the different categories of funds, do not choose Option 2. Continue with the detail report you've been using.
