At this event, we'll learn from one of our Indian students how to make Chili Chicken, a delicious, semi-spicy dish that you can customize. We'll use the woks in the International Kitchen at Shocker Dining. The class will be after work from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6. After the lesson, we'll sit down to eat our creations along with your choice of red or white wine. Membership in YSP is not required to attend this event.
