Reminders, deadlines and events

* Final grading for fall 2016 courses is open. Faculty can access the Banner 9 grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Grades are due by 10 p.m. today (Tuesday, Dec. 20). Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.

* The WSU Madrigal Singers are one of the entrants in the B-98FM Christmas Choir contest. Cast your vote for the WSU Madrigal Singers at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5275. The winning choir will receive a 30-minute segment on B98 on Christmas morning.

* The Research Compliance Office will hold a come-and-go open lab from 9-11 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec. 21) in Devlin Hall Innovation Hub. This is an open lab and no registration is required.

* It is time to begin development of Educational Opportunity and Student Fee funding requests through SGA for fiscal year 2018. Through student fees, these programs provide funding for financial assistance to students (Educational Opportunity Fund) or the funding of programs/activities delivered directly to students (Student Fees). * The WSU Foundation reminds you that requisitions are due by noon tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec. 21) and checks will be released on Thursday, Dec. 22. The week of Dec. 25, the WSU Foundation will not process any requisitions except for emergencies. The week of Jan. 1, requisitions are due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, and checks will be released on Friday, Jan. 6.

* Support the vision of the late Nicholas Pronko, WSU professor of psychology, with a gift to the Holiday Card Scholarship Fund. The scholarship program has grown to award four annual scholarships of $1,000 or more each, with the potential to do much more.
