* Sign up for the Cooking Class hosted by Young Shocker Professionals (YSP) and pay your $15 by tomorrow (Wednesday, Jan. 4). Contact rebecca.curran@wichita.edu to RSVP and make payment arrangements. We'll learn from one of our Indian students how to make Chili Chicken, a delicious, semi-spicy dish that you can customize. We'll use the woks in the International Kitchen at Shocker Dining. The class will be after work from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6. After the lesson, we'll sit down to eat our creations along with your choice of red or white wine. Membership in YSP is not required to attend this event.

* You can be just as effective by doing informal recruitment as you can by helping out at formal recruitment activities. * If you are working on a 500 or 600 level course you must include additional outcomes and assignments for graduate students who are taking your course. This is a required step unless the catalog restricts enrollment in your class to undergraduates only. * WSU's Marche Fleming-Randle, Rhonda Lewis and Yolanda Adams will be among those recognized at a February luncheon honoring the 2017 Leaders in Diversity. Altogether, 16 individuals and eight organizations will be honored by the Wichita Business Journal. The winners were selected for their commitment to promoting and supporting diversity in their organizations and in their communities. Congratulations!
