The Office of Human Resources (OHR) has been notified of fraudulent activity on the Optum Bank Health Savings Accounts of three WSU employees. OHR is also aware of reported issues wherein Health Savings contributions have not been deposited into the Optum Bank Accounts. We strongly encourage employees with an Optum Bank Account to check their account balances immediately. If discrepancies are found with the transactions listed, please contact Optum Bank at 877-470-1771. If unable to get discrepancy resolved with Optum Bank, contact KDHE.SEHPData@ks.gov.
