Summer Leadership Institute Summer Leadership Institute

The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a five-day experience that allows each participant to evolve and expand their leadership skills and abilities. Whether you are an experienced or novice leader, SLI will help each individual to develop and reflect upon where they are and where they would like to be as a leader.

Participants will be divided into leadership squads that meet throughout the institute with the opportunity to discuss and reflect on the leadership lessons taught. Participants of SLI will not only grow in their leadership skills, but also with critical thinking skills, self-awareness and team-building skills.
