We are experiencing a problem with data connections between one of our video presentation tools (Brainshark) and our learning management system (Blackboard).

- The presentations will play for faculty who are not enrolled as students in the class.

- When a student tries to play the video, the playback will halt and in most cases the student will see an error message. The student will not receive credit for viewing and completing the presentation.

WSU's support teams are working with Blackboard and Brainshark to fix this problem and hope to have a solution soon. Thank you for your patience.
