* Parking lot 16S southwest of Duerksen Fine Arts Center has been designated yellow parking only. Once the parking garage construction south of Rhatigan Student Center is completed, the lot will revert back to yellow / green. http://www.wichita.edu/parking

* The campus community is invited to join Vice President John Tomblin for an Innovation Campus update and Q&A at 1 p.m. today (Friday, Jan. 20) in the CAC Theater.

* Applications are sought for WSU's 2017 Senior Honor Men and Women awards, one of the most prestigious honors a student can receive at WSU. To review the eligibility requirements and application process, go to http://www.wichita.edu/seniorhonor. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13.

* WSU students can pick up free men's basketball tickets for upcoming home men's basketball games against Indiana State tomorrow (Saturday, Jan. 21) and Southern Illinois on Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Charles Koch Arena. Current WSU students can claim a free ticket to each home game by presenting their valid Shocker Card (multiple student ID's will no longer be accepted) at the Shocker Ticket Office in Koch Arena.

* The WSU Retention Council is expanding membership to include students. This is a great opportunity to expand your leadership skills and participate in university retention efforts. * The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a five-day experience that allows each participant to evolve and expand their leadership skills and abilities. * Celebrate Women's Health Month in January with Student Health Services. Currently enrolled female students have the opportunity to complete free women's health physicals and choose between half-price cholesterol testing or half-price pap smears. * Want to make a difference? Community Service Board is dedicated to passionate service together. Visit 20 different community-based organizations from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, on the first floor, RSC, and learn more about volunteer opportunities in the Wichita metro community.
