WSU Athletics will close most parking lots three hours prior to game time near Koch Arena along 21st Street and Hillside, and 21st Street for men's basketball SASO parking today (Tuesday, Jan. 24). The game against Southern Illinois University will start at 6 p.m. in Koch Arena. There will be construction on 21st Street just north of Koch Arena that will slow down traffic.
Affected lots include:
(G) Guardians: 1S, 1N, 2S, 2N and 2E
(BG) Bold Gold: 3N, 3S, 16, 16S and 19
Vehicles without the proper parking SASO hang tags will be ticketed.
Finally, the University Police Department (UPD), Wichita Police Department and Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office will do pregame and post-game traffic control. Be alert and use caution when driving in these areas. Any questions, contact UPD at 978-3450.
