As part of the President's Special Budget Advisory Committee, members have been divided into three working subcommittees. All members of the campus community who wish to contribute and participate in the budget discussions are encouraged to attend the subcommittee meetings when possible. Subcommittee meeting times and locations can be found on the budget committee's website at http://www.wichita.edu/budgetcommittee.

As previously announced, the three subcommittees will focus on:

- The priorities subcommittee will focus on budget priorities that are consistent with the institutional strategic plan in preparation for a potential reduction in state appropriations;

- The efficiencies subcommittee will focus on long-term budget efficiencies that can be achieved while maintaining or increasing our effectiveness in achieving strategic goals; and

- The revenue subcommittee will explore revenue generation opportunities that are consistent with the strategic plan.
