The connection problems that were impacting the connection between Blackboard and Brainshark have been resolved. All Brainshark presentations should now work as expected.

The root cause of the issue was new security measures that Blackboard implemented to protect the Learn environment from malicious third-party agents. The impact on Brainsharks was unexpected. Working together, WSU, Blackboard and Brainshark diagnosed the situation and Blackboard has adjusted their new security measures to allow Brainsharks to continue to operate safely in the Learn environment.
