Wichita State University School of Music will host a faculty recital by Betul Soykan, professor of violin. The event, "From War to Peace," will begin at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, in Wiedemann Hall, featuring Soykan and guest pianist Juan Andrade performing Holocaust inspired sonatas by Ferguson, Messiaen and Prokofiev.
