Due now: Managers should now submit reviews and ratings for their direct reports for the 2016-17 annual evaluations in myPerformance. This step is due Tuesday, Feb. 28. Managers should log in to myPerformance in myWSU to rate their direct reports and submit comments to justify the ratings.

The planning step for annual evaluations in myPerformance will be available for 2017-18 on Wednesday, Feb 8. This will allow managers to potentially meet with their direct reports for the current end-of-review and the next cycle's planning meeting at the same time, if desired.

Human Resources will continue to gather feedback and improve the myPerformance software each cycle. The annual evaluation cycle for USS and non-teaching UP employees will remain as March 1 through February 28 / 29.
