* Due now: Managers should now submit reviews and ratings for their direct reports for the 2016-17 annual evaluations in myPerformance. This step is due Tuesday, Feb. 28. Managers should log in to myPerformance in myWSU to rate their direct reports and submit comments to justify the ratings. The 2017-18 evaluations will be accessible Wednesday, Feb. 8. * The men's basketball team will host Illinois State at 7 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 4) in Charles Koch Arena. For tickets, call 987-FANS (3267).

* The women's basketball team will host Missouri State at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, in Charles Koch Arena. For tickets, call 978-FANS (3267).

* Nominations are being sought for Wichita State's 2017 Senior Honor Men and Women awards. This is one of the most prestigious honors a student can receive at WSU. Up to five men and five women are chosen for this honor each year. To review the eligibility requirements and application process, go to http://www.wichita.edu/seniorhonor. Nominations are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6.

* Five young artists appear as soloists with the WSU Symphony at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, in Miller Concert Hall. Tickets may be purchased through the Fine Arts Box Office at http://www.wichita.edu/fineartsboxoffice or 978-3233.

* The WSU Reads selection committee has selected "The Influencing Machine: Brooke Gladstone on the Media," a graphic novel written by Brooke Gladstone and illustrated by Josh Neufeld for the 2017-18 academic year. As a part of the WSU Reads program, all new students will receive a copy of this book at orientation. Faculty and staff wishing to adopt the book into their course curriculum and programs should contact samantha.greenberg@wichita.edu.
