Reminders

* Faculty and staff are invited to join Shirley and Don Beggs in honoring Ron Kopita, vice president for campus life and university relations, for his years of service to WSU from 1999-2009. A reception will be held from 4:30-6 p.m. today (Friday, May 8) in the RSC ballroom with remarks at 5:15 p.m.

* Members of the Foundations of Excellence self study project are nearing the completion of their work. The public presentations for the "All Students" and "Learning Dimensions" have been scheduled from 1:30-3 p.m. Monday, May 11, in the Marcus Welcome Center's Wallace Auditorium. * WSU, KU and KSU will compete against each other at the Sunflower State (Rowing) Championships in Wichita from 9-11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9. http://www.wichita.edu/thisis/wsunews/news/?nid=658
