Because of limited space in our studio, make sure to reserve your spot in our F45 class. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance at the Guest Services Desk or by calling 978-3082. No reservations can be made more than one day in advance. Cancellations can be made up to one hour prior to the class. Reservations will be forfeited if you are not present five minutes before class begins. After three failures to attend the reserved class, participants will lose their reservation privileges. Participants should bring their Shocker IDs to check in to the class.
