To further support students who are members of the U.S. Armed Forces and Reserve Units, WSU recently adopted a new Student Military Leave of Absence Policy. The policy applies to WSU students who are U.S. military personnel and are required to perform voluntary or involuntary active duty service or training under state or federal authority. The policy outlines the steps necessary for both short term and long term deployment to seek military leave, withdrawal and re-entry to the program they previously attended or academic completion of current coursework after deployment.
