* The Flats at WSU are now leasing! This brand new apartment complex on Mike Oatman Drive is the latest addition to the Innovation Campus and will be ready for residents to move in starting Aug. 1. * Student Health Services will provide free testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia from 1-4 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 15) in 209 Ahlberg Hall. Please do not urinate at least one hour before testing. * Students are invited to the general meeting of the National Society of Black Engineers fro 7-8 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 16) in 256 RSC. The theme of the meeting is teamwork and creativeness.

* "Business Pitching: Knowing the Essentials to Grab Attention" will be presented by Teresa Wilkerson from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, on the second floor, Devlin Hall Innovation Hub. The cost is $10 for WSU students. Register at http://www.wichita.edu/businessbooster

* Have you ever wondered what it may be like to live in poverty? From 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in the RSC Shirley Beggs Ballroom, join Community Service Board as they bring the Community Action Poverty Simulation (CAPS) experience to Wichita State. * WSU wants to improve your educational experience and you can help by completing the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). You should have received an email invitation yesterday (Tuesday, Feb. 14). We will enter all students who complete the survey by Thursday, May 4, into a drawing for one of eight Quik Trip cards worth $25 each. * It's FAFSA filing season. If you need help completing the 2017-18 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the Office of Financial Aid is here to help. As part of the office's #iheartFAFSA campaign, every Tuesday in February financial aid staff will offer free one-on-one FAFSA completion assistance from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. in 203 Jardine Hall.
