A new apartment complex being built on Wichita State's Innovation Campus is now leasing and will be ready for residents to move in starting Aug. 1. The Flats at WSU will feature 112 apartment units, with full occupancy for 280 residents. Each apartment will be fully furnished, have a full bathroom with every bedroom, a full kitchen and laundry, and balconies for nearly all of the apartments. All utilities except electric are included. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, private clubhouse and sand volleyball court.
