* The Shred-It Wichita state contract #08328 expires Friday, May 29, and is being replaced with Cintas Corp. contract #11846. Departments using services of Shred-It Wichita are to make contact with them and request a pickup of their console and final shredding before May 29. Then call Cintas Corp. to arrange for delivery of the new console. The phone number for Shred-It Wichita is 491-2090; and for Cintas Corp. call 371-9433.

* If your department intends to pay a nonresident alien for a contract speaking/teaching engagement or performance in the United States with WSU Foundation funds, there are several requirements. Forms are available at http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index. If you have questions, contact Skip Swearingen at 978-3816.

* More than 150 WSU faculty and staff members have generously contributed more than $18,000 to this year's Annual Fund for Excellence campaign. The campaign will end June 30, so there is still time to make a gift or complete your pledge.
