* Come to the Health Fair from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8). Join us in the Heskett Center gymnasium to participate in fitness demonstrations, receive medical screenings and wellness tips from more than 50 vendor booths while picking up some rad giveaways.

* A new convenience store, Mega-Bytes, is opening the first floor of the new Experiential Engineering Building from 9-1 a.m. today (Wednesday, March 8). Stop by for free coffee from Reverie Roasters and samples of pastries from Bagatelle Bakery, while supplies last. The first 100 visitors will receive a Mega-Bytes coffee cup that can be used through April 30 to receive half-priced coffee. Radio station Q92 will broadcast live from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and will team with Pepsi to give Aquafina Sparkling samples. * A Physics Seminar will feature Wolfgang Tichy from Florida Atlantic University at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in 128 Jabara Hall. Tichy will present "General Relativistic Simulations of Neutron Stars." Refreshments and discussion will follow the presentation.
* The Spring Chemistry Colloquium will feature Greg Alushin from Rockefeller University at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in 224 McKinley Hall. Alushin's topic is "Cytoskeletal structural plasticity in force generation and mechanosensation."
* The WSU Center for Women's Studies, in partnership with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, will host Sen. Oletha Faust-Goudeau as a keynote speaker at 7 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in 100 Lindquist Hall. The Women's Studies' Summit will continue with presentations by faculty, students and alumni from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, March 9) at the Marcus Welcome Center.
