* Come to the Health Fair from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8). Join us in the Heskett Center gymnasium to participate in fitness demonstrations, receive medical screenings and wellness tips from more than 50 vendor booths and pick up some rad giveaways.

* The Alternative Spring Break (ASB) class will host a silent auction from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) on the first floor, RSC. All proceeds go toward the 2017 ASB trip to Washington D.C. focused on hunger and homelessness. More information is available at http://www.wichita.edu/altbreak

* Don't miss the Accelerated Nursing Bake Sale from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in the grassy area by the RSC.

* Wichita State's SME student chapter will present LaRoux Gillespe at 2:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in 210 Engineering Buildling. Gillespe's talk is titled "A Faster Track to Success: One Man's Journey That You Can Repeat."

* Eileen Collins was the second woman to graduate as a test pilot and be selected as a NASA astronaut. She was known as the first American female to take command of the space shuttle Columbia. Collins will share leadership lessons from Apollo to Discovery. Hear Collins at 6:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, March 8) in the CAC Theater.

* The honors student organization Wheat is hosting a snack food drive of nonperishable food items for the new kitchen in Elliott Hall from 12:30-2:30 p.m. now to Friday, March 10, at the front entrance to Shocker Hall.

* Come to the next Biomedical Engineering Society meeting at 6 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, March 9) in 327 Experiential Engineering Building.

* The Formula Racing Team, Shocker Racing will host its spring informational meeting at 6 p.m. Friday, March 10, in 123 Wallace Hall, for all students interested in learning more information about the organization and how to join. We are open to all majors.
