Aerospace Engineering Research Colloquium today (Friday, March 10)

Faculty and staff are invited to an Aerospace Engineering Research Colloquium from noon-1 p.m. today (Friday, March 10) in 123 Wallace Hall. Join us for pizza before the talks at 11:45 a.m.

Adrian Garcia will present "Nozzle Geometry Effects on Short Fiber Orientation. Garcia is currently pursuing a master's degree in aerospace engineering at WSU. He is employed full time at Spirit Aerosystems as a stress engineer.

Kaleb Niedens will present "Optimization of FDM Print Path for Anisotropy." Niedens is a master's student at WSU. His research has focused on 3D printing. He is also currently working at Spirit Aerosystems, where he develops internal stress software for stress analysts throughout the company.
