Reminders, deadlines and events

* The Graduate School will continue its Professional Development Series at 3 p.m. today (Friday, March 10) in 266 RSC, with "Surviving Graduate School." Get practical advice from a faculty member and psychologist with the Counseling and Testing Center, plus tips and techniques for managing stress.

* Bigs on Campus is a new student organization for students who are part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Come hear more about Bigs on Campus and the events we have planned at our first meeting at 5:30 p.m. today (Friday, March 10) in 238 RSC. * Do you think you're so good no one can beat your game? Join the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) video game fundraising event at 7 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, March 11) in 266 RSC.

* Interested in growing as a leader? Want to meet other student leaders? Apply now for the Summer Leadership Institute and attend a week long experience May 15-19 that will allow you to grow as a leader and expand your leadership skills and abilities. * Do you need something to lift you up? Search around campus for an SAC blue shirt to find out how to get a free Klondike bar. Show us what you are willing to do for a Klondike bar from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 16, around campus.

* The Council of University Women Scholarship is awarded without regard to financial need. Preference will be given to graduate or undergraduate women with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
