* Donna Nelson, professor of chemistry at the University of Oklahoma and immediate past president of the American Chemical Society, will present a Watkins Visiting Professorship lecture, "Increasing America's scientific readiness," at 3:30 p.m. today (Friday, March 17) in 211 Hubbard Hall.

* WSU's School of Music and Performing Arts will present the opera, "La Clemenza di Tito," (The Clemency of Tito) by W.A. Mozart and C. Mazzola at 7:30 p.m. today (Friday, March 17) and tomorrow (Saturday, March 18), and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 19, in Miller Concert Hall. It is rated PG. * The Office of First-Year Programs is seeking Orientation Faculty Fellows to be part of the orientation process for new students at WSU. We are committed to incorporating academic information and academic transition issues in our Orientation programs in order to provide a holistic introduction to college life. Orientation Faculty Fellows will work closely with the undergraduate Transition Mentors and the Orientation staff to provide a welcoming atmosphere, while communicating the expectations within the college classroom.
