Are you interested in becoming an F45 instructor? We have positions for you! Knowledge or background in fitness is recommended. Participants must have attended F45 classes and be familiar with the program. If you are interested, contact andy.sykes@wichita.edu by Saturday, April 1, for a preliminary interview. An F45 instructor training workshop will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, April 23, and 8 a.m.-noon Monday, April 24.
