According to Kansas.com and the athletic department, Linwood Sexton, father of former WSU athletic director Eric Sexton, died at the age of 90. Sexton is a member of the MVC Athletics Hall of Fame, the Shocker Sports Hall of Fame and the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame. WSU athletic director Darron Boatright said that a memorial service for Mr. Sexton will be held on Saturday, April 8, in Koch Arena at a time to be determined.
