Michael Palmiotto, professor, School of Community Affairs, received a Fulbright Specialist Award and will be in Serbia now through June 14. The proposal, written for the Fulbright by Serbian professors and approved by the American Embassy, has Palmiotto lecturing to the University of Belgrade faculty of law and security. He also will meet with several officials from the American Embassy in Serbia, at their request. Following his stay in Belgrade, he will go to Kragujevac and give three lectures at the University of Kragujevac, and meet with university officials and faculty. In the final days of his Fulbright, he will attend an international police conference in Macedonia, where he will present a paper.
