Policies address first amendment activities

We ask that both university and non-university groups who are planning to have first amendment activities review and be familiar with the appropriate Wichita State University policy. The time, place and manner regulations identified in the policies are intended to balance the university's responsibility to fulfill its mission as a state educational institution of Kansas with the interests of university groups who are interested in using the campus of the university for purposes of constitutionally protected speech, assembly or expression.
