Here are some helpful tips about this year's HealthQuest (HQ) program. First, employees should not attend more than one biometric screening per year, as initial screening values will not change based on new results. Next, a Cotinine test is now required in order to obtain the tobacco free HQ points. This test is free if done through an on-campus biometric screening only -- it is not included in the at-home screening kit. Also, there is an additional cost if completed during an annual physical.
