Get a workout at the Heskett Center's Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a full body workout that incorporates cardio, flexibility, agility, balance, muscle strength and endurance. Boot Camp is a great way to get fit, lose fat and have fun. This two-week, high intensity workout can be adapted to lower intensities. It will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:05-12:50 p.m., June 22, 24 and 29, and July 1. The fee is $15 for members, $22.50 for nonmembers. The Boot Camp will be led by Bryce Winklepleck, graduate assistant for fitness/wellness.
