WSU junior Sydney Brummett became the ninth Shocker to win the Intercollegiate Singles Championships. On Saturday, April 22, Brummett beat Stephen F. Austin's Stephanie Schwartz in the semifinals and Webber International's Taylor Bulthius in the finals.
