* High school graduations, Shocker Hall Move-Out, Missouri Valley Conference Track & Field meet and WSU commencement are among the events / activities that will result in some parking lot closures from now through Friday, May 19. * Shocker Exchange is an end-of-the-year event for students to have a chance to sell items they no longer need (furniture, tools, clothing and more) from noon-3 p.m. today (Tuesday, May 9) at Shocker Hall Plaza.

* All employees who have not responded to the AON Hewitt Dependent Audit will receive a letter (mailed on Friday, May 5). * Final grading for spring 2017 courses is open. Faculty can access the Banner 9 grading form via the Teach / Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Grades for any spring course can be entered during this grading period. Grades are due by 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 16. A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Direct questions about grading to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.

* The Office of Research will host a National Science Foundation (NSF) webcast for the Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER) from noon-2 p.m. Monday, May 22, in 265 RSC. Eligible faculty who wish to submit to NSF for a CAREER award are asked to contact proposals@wichita.edu as soon as possible and attend an upcoming NSF webcast.
