The State Employee Health Plan (SEHP) discovered some health coverage issues for some covered employees recently. The error occurred in MAP while performing system updates. Some individuals whose coverage changes were to be effective on May 1, and a few others, were impacted. Notices of coverage termination may have been mailed to affected employees.
