Selected employees who have not yet provided information for the dependent audit received a reminder email the weekend of May 13-14. This email came from the address donotreply@plan-smart.com. If you were selected for the audit and have questions about the process, contact AON Hewitt, the State Employee Health Plan consultant, at 1-800-725-5810. If you did not receive anything from AON Hewitt yet, you are not part of the audit and do not need to do anything.
