Reminders, deadlines and events

* Isely Lane will be closed from 7-10 a.m. today (Wednesday, May 17) for construction activities on the parking garage. In addition, Isely Lane also will be closed for all traffic except for WSU deliveries from 7-11 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, May 18) and Friday, May 19. Isely Lane will reopen to all traffic at the completion of the concrete pour.

* Celebrate the culmination of the inaugural LaunchPrep program from 4:30-6:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, May 18) in the Experiential Engineering Building. LaunchPrep is a partnership between the e2e Accelerator and WSU's Center for Entrepreneurship. Admission is free. Register at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5567

* The Human Resources and Payroll department are excited to announce a new and improved pay stub through Self-Service Banner. The new pay stub will show employer contributions as well as employee contributions. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5589 for more information.

* Selected employees who have not yet provided information for the dependent audit received a reminder email the weekend of May 13-14. This email came from the address donotreply@plan-smart.com. If you were selected for the audit and have questions about the process, contact AON Hewitt, the State Employee Health Plan consultant, at 1-800-725-5810. If you did not receive anything from AON Hewitt yet, you are not part of the audit and do not need to do anything.

* Requisitions are due as normal at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 28. The WSU Foundation does not encumber funds and cannot write any checks for fiscal year 2017 after June 30, 2017. We want to be sure our donors are recognized in the proper gift clubs, so be sure to deliver all gift deposits for this fiscal year ending June 30 by noon Monday, July 3, 2017.
