Choose to ACT. Join us for this new eight-week group to learn alternative ways of responding to negative thoughts and worries. You will learn mindfulness techniques and explore ways to live a more meaningful and valued life. The group meets from 3:30-4:30 p.m. every Monday starting June 5, in 320 Grace Wilkie Hall.
