* The WSU Food Truck Plaza will continue to schedule food trucks through the summer, giving faculty, staff, Innovation Campus employees and students here during the summer months another dining option on campus. * Welcomefest occurs the first two weeks of classes each semester and features dozens of activities. Submit your department or organization events by 5 p.m. Monday, July 24, for Welcomefest marketing, including a printed guidebook, web listing and more. * Student Health Services operates from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday during summer.

* It is never too early to register for one of the best runs in Wichita. Located right here on our beautiful campus, Campus Recreation has a 5k for all ages and a 1k fun run for ages 0-12. This year's Pumpkin Run will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21. Register at http://bit.ly/PumpkinRun5K

* Start Kicking the Butt and begin a tobacco free life. Learn ways to help you be successful during your quit attempts, healthy ways to prepare for quitting as well as support from other members who are in the process of quitting. The group meetings are from 11 a.m.-noon every Tuesday in 320 Grace Wilkie Hall. If you are interested in joining the group, contact the Counseling and Testing Center at 978-3440.

* The Offices of Diversity and Inclusion and First-Year Programs are hosting Passage 2 Success this fall from Aug. 13-16. Invitations went out to nearly 2,000 admitted students three weeks ago encouraging them to attend. Passage 2 Success is a four-day retreat for incoming freshmen from diverse backgrounds to help in their transition to Wichita State.
