The Human Resources and Payroll department have a new and improved pay stub through Self-Service Banner. The new pay stub will show employer contributions as well as employee contributions. Your pay stub can be accessed from one of three tabs depending upon your status with WSU.

Faculty and staff: Select Faculty/Staff => Employment Details => Pay Stub

Students and graduate assistants: Select myFinances => Student Employment Details => Pay Stub

All: Select Home => Banner Self Service => Employee => Pay Information => Pay Stub => Year => Select date to view.

- For a printer friendly copy, press the printer friendly button.
- Your SHaRP ID is no longer displayed on your pay stub.
- To locate your SHaRP ID move your mouse over the SHaRP ID box on the Faculty / Staff or myFinances tab on myWSU.
