President Bardo and the president's executive team have approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual submitted by the Office of Government Relations (Sections 3.17 and 7.19).

To reflect Kansas Board of Regents policy in its entirety. The policy is inclusive of all employee groups following the rescission of Section 7.19. Includes stronger language for notifying University's Office of Government Relations if testifying before Kansas Legislature.

Not necessary to have a separate policy for University Support Staff with updating of Section 3.17.
