* Mike Strickland is the new Director of the Environmental, Health and Safety Department. To properly account for all hazardous waste charges, use the following link to access the online Hazardous Waste Pick-Up form - http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5640. When your form is submitted, a time will be scheduled to pick up your hazardous waste.

* The WSU Post Office is receiving a lot of mail with incorrect addressing which causes a delay of the addressees receiving their mail. Correct addressing of incoming mail is imperative for prompt delivery and receipt. All U.S. Mail should show the addressee's name, department name, department box number and nine-digit Zip Code legibly on the incoming item to ensure accurate delivery.

* Join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) at the 2nd Annual Wichita Natural Hair Expo from noon-6 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, June 24) at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. The expo aims to educate, inspire and empower all who seek to wear their hair in its natural textured state. There will be live demonstrations, exhibitors, giveaways, entertainment and more. * Science Friday has been sharing the joys of science with public radio listeners for 25 years. To help bring Science Friday to Wichita this fall, join us for Science Saturday: KMUW's Science Friday Fundraiser from 6-10 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, June 24) in the Experiential Engineering Building. The evening will feature food, beverages, entertainment and science. Consider it an adult science fair, with libations. Tickets are $150 each. * Thanks to Campus Recreation's partnership with FC Wichita, you are invited to a WSU Night at Stryker. Anyone with a WSU ID can purchase as many $5 tickets as you want on WSU Night tomorrow (Saturday, June 24). * Participants ages 19-70 who have experience using web applications and familiarity with the life insurance and annuity industry are needed to help the Software Usability Research Lab evaluate the usability of a web application. If you are interested, take the screening survey at http://surl.org/insurance-dashboard-study/. If you qualify, you will be contacted to schedule a time to participate. This study takes place at the WSU main campus and lasts about 60-90 minutes. Participants in the study will receive $100 for their time.
