Esther Headley, president of The Research Partnership and WSU lecturer, has been named the 2009 Marketer of the Year by the Wichita American Marketing Association recently. The award honors outstanding marketing professionals in the Wichita/metro area. This brings awareness of the marketing profession and its contribution to the economy, and is the only award that recognizes the area's top industry marketing professionals. Headley's best business advice for others is, "No matter how successful you become, always remain humble and respectful toward all people. Love what you do, or find something else to do."
