Envision is hosting a Jose Andre Montano Family Concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 13, in the Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Tickets are $10 in advance; $15 at the door. Montano, 13, may have been born blind and with cerebral palsy, but it is his natural ability as a musician that has everyone's attention. Hailed as a jazz prodigy, he has performed at such famed venues as the Kennedy Center in New York City and the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
