The Wichita Police Department (WPD) will launch the Safe Harbor Program between the Wichita Police Department and Starbucks at 2:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, June 28) at the WSU Starbucks. The initiative identifies Starbucks as an LGBTQ safe place. Following the launch the WSU Starbucks will also host Coffee with a Cop from 3-5 p.m. You can connect over coffee and have a casual conversation about the issues that matter the most to you in your community with the Wichita State University Police Department and WPD.
