Exercise Science Sports Camp to be offered in August

An Exercise Science Sports Camp for athletes in grades 6-12 who want to know and understand the physiology within the body during exercise and performance will be held from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, Aug. 7-11, at WSU.

This camp will be informative and innovative. The athletes will be presented with the opportunity for higher level hands-on experience as well as athletic assessments, tips and techniques to be the best athlete they can be. The camp will also allow for fun activities from speed and agility training on Cessna Stadium's track to a tour of the strength and conditioning facility at Koch Arena.
