* New and experienced Banner schedule builders and department chairs are invited to attend the upcoming Spring 2018 Schedule Building Training sessions presented by the University Registrar's Office and Applications Training tomorrow (Tuesday, July 11) and Wednesday, July 12. Registration is required, sessions are posted on myWSU > myTraining. Contact Applications Training if you have questions at 978-5800 or training@wichita.edu.

* Need to send an email to everyone in purchasing? We have a new email distribution list that makes it easy. Send your email to the Purchasing Office at purchasing.office@wichita.edu and everyone in the Purchasing Office will receive it.

* Mike Strickland is the new director of the Environmental, Health and Safety Department. To properly account for all hazardous waste charges, use the following link to access the online Hazardous Waste Pick-Up form - http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5640. When your form is submitted, a time will be scheduled to pick up your hazardous waste.

* The WSU 2017-18 Visitor Guides are now available. If you would like copies of the Visitor Guide, contact Stacy Grove, the mailroom manager in admissions, at stacy.grove@wichita.edu. If you would like more than 20 copies, you will need to pick them up at the Marcus Welcome Center. Requests of under 20 will be sent through campus mail. The Visitor Guide focuses on each academic college, admissions requirements, athletics, student life and features a campus map. This guide is a great resource to hand out to guests to your office or at any recruitment event.
