* Allusive will be hosted by WSU's Shift Space as a Final Friday event from 6-10 p.m. Friday, July 28, at 416 S. Commerce St., #102. Admission is free. There will be a live performance by Endless Chasm from 6-6:30 p.m. and Saura Mandala from 9:30-10 p.m.
* Strategic Communications is gathering potential stories related to the upcoming solar eclipse on Monday, Aug. 21. If you, a student or someone in your department / office has an event or research-based project on the eclipse, please let us know. Email lainie.mazzullo@wichita.edu.
* Get a preview of the upcoming year, sign up to host one of our exciting events or complete your membership form at the Council of University Women (CUW) Meet and Greet Open House from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, in 233 RSC. Membership is open to all currently employed and retired WSU women, except student assistants. Cost of membership is $10 for current employees and free for retirees. * WSU Ventures is in the early stages of developing an interactive patent wall display to be installed between WSU Ventures and Youth Entrepreneurs inside the Experiential Engineering Building on campus.
